Position Overview:

As a Social Media Content Creator in a Beauty Company, you will be responsible with a flair for the beauty industry to develop impactful social media strategies, create trendy video scripts, and lead content production across popular platforms like TikTok and Facebook. Familiarity with data-driven, possess strong content planning and editing skills, and have a proven track record in handling FMCG categories.

Job Description:

  • Responsible to develop and implement for social media strategies that align with company goals and identity such as TikTok/Facebook creative planning, script writing, content operation, etc.
  • Output trendy short video scripts based on project positioning, needs, hot spots, topics, etc.; and modify them based on latest trend.
  • Make shoot plans, follow up on pre- and post-production, control the overall progress and quality of the project, and be responsible for the finished film.
  • Be sensitive to hot videos, adjust content planning based on user feedback.
  • Data-oriented, based on data feedback, timely review and optimization video content to improve video ROI.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or Proven more than 2 years of working experience in the position.
  • familiar with popular short video platforms and have successful cases in FMCG categories.
  • Have English writing ability and script planning ability, and have good Internet sense, be sensitive to TikTok hot topics.
  • Be good at content planning, shooting, and editing, and have experience in managing an editing team of 1 - 3people.
