  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online store operations, create engaging content, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. If you’re passionate about e-commerce, live shopping, and data-driven marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Optimize product listings to enhance search visibility and maintain brand standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the operations team to ensure product availability.
  • Plan and host engaging live shopping sessions (e.g., TikTok Live) to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Create and update marketing content, including banners, videos, and product descriptions.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent product images.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing via Klaviyo, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports on campaigns and live shopping sessions for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations and live shopping (TikTok Live experience is a plus).
  • Strong copywriting skills, especially for product descriptions and email marketing (experience with Klaviyo is a bonus).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
