Sales & Client Relationship:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the local market (B2B and B2C).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including hotels, restaurants, gyms, and residential customers.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, create and deliver sales presentations, and provide tailored laundry service solutions to meet client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely follow-up to close deals.

    Operations & Service Quality:

    • Assist in daily operations, including overseeing laundry processes, ensuring high-quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
    • Monitor inventory levels of laundry detergents, supplies, and other consumables to ensure uninterrupted service.
    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all customer orders are processed efficiently and in compliance with quality standards.

      Training & Development:

      • Undergo comprehensive training in both sales and operational management to understand the ins and outs of the business.
      • Assist senior management in implementing new operational procedures and sales strategies.
      • Contribute to internal meetings, offering insights and suggestions to improve service delivery and customer experience.

        Teamwork & Leadership:

        • Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments (operations, customer service, etc.) to achieve overall business goals.
        • Take on leadership responsibilities as you progress through the management training program, eventually managing a team or department.

          Key Skills & Qualifications:

          • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
          • Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferably in hospitality or laundry services).
          • Skills:
            • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
            • Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
            • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
            • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
            • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
            • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
