Sales & Client Relationship:- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the local market (B2B and B2C).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including hotels, restaurants, gyms, and residential customers.
- Manage a sales pipeline, create and deliver sales presentations, and provide tailored laundry service solutions to meet client needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely follow-up to close deals.
Operations & Service Quality:- Assist in daily operations, including overseeing laundry processes, ensuring high-quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry detergents, supplies, and other consumables to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all customer orders are processed efficiently and in compliance with quality standards.
Training & Development:- Undergo comprehensive training in both sales and operational management to understand the ins and outs of the business.
- Assist senior management in implementing new operational procedures and sales strategies.
- Contribute to internal meetings, offering insights and suggestions to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Teamwork & Leadership:- Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments (operations, customer service, etc.) to achieve overall business goals.
- Take on leadership responsibilities as you progress through the management training program, eventually managing a team or department.
Key Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferably in hospitality or laundry services).
