Operation Executive (Eco Botanic Therapy Centre)
Job Description:
To provide an efficient and responsive administrative service to Operation for Joyous Branch.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Provide a strong customer responsiveness and navigate customer for the arrangement of enrollment.
2) Ensure internal and external appointments are well arranged.
3) Handle purchasing for branches -sourcing, negotiating price, preparing document and ensure timely delivery.
4) To assist Manager in branch operation development plan; applying license, liaise with contractor and other task as directed by Manager.
5) To actively define opportunities, follow up on existing and potential
6) Client’s problems and providing best fit solutions to them.
7) Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers-generating customer relationship.
8) Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
9) Coordinate and execute operations and sales projects as needed by the Company.
10) Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures.
11) Attends exhibition, shows, travel & tours to meet business need.
12) Actively involved in company Projects.
13) Be a Joyous ambassador.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Between 1 to 3 years working experience in a similar capacity role and able to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (strong) and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong Company’s product & service knowledge
- Understanding general finance; sales result and performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
