Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations on the site, ensuring the project progresses according to the schedule
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
• Manage and supervise on-site workers and subcontractors, ensuring they follow the project plan and safety protocols.
• Preparing work schedule, ensure projects are carried out according to work schedule and quality standard / work in tight schedule and deadline
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they conform to the design specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the fit-out process, including technical or logistical problems.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep the project on track.
• Manage the use of materials, tools, and equipment on site to ensure they are used efficiently.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure that materials are available when needed.
• Communicate with clients as needed, addressing any concerns or changes in the project scope.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Able to attends any emergency case during on call duty
• Able to work at night to meet deadlines.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Track site activities and update project timelines as necessary.
• Keep detailed records of materials used, work completed, and any variations to the original plan.
• Address on-site issues quickly and effectively, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field are an advantage.

Note: This job may require flexibility in working hours, including weekends, depending on the project timeline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
