Job Description
- Revenue Management: Develop data-driven pricing strategies to optimize ADR and revenue based on market trends, competitor rates, and demand forecasts.
- Promotions: Design and execute campaigns on OTAs (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com) that align with business goals and target audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs like occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR, and generate reports to refine strategies.
- Channel Optimization: Maximize performance on OTAs and direct platforms, enhancing direct booking efforts and content optimization.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, guest preferences, and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with operations, sales, and marketing teams to meet revenue goals, while mentoring junior staff on best practices.
Requirements
- Academic Preferences -Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or short-stay industry
- Proficiency in using OTA platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com, etc.) and revenue management tools
- Proficient in using PMS and channel manager system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
