Job Description

  • Revenue Management: Develop data-driven pricing strategies to optimize ADR and revenue based on market trends, competitor rates, and demand forecasts.
  • Promotions: Design and execute campaigns on OTAs (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com) that align with business goals and target audiences.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs like occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR, and generate reports to refine strategies.
  • Channel Optimization: Maximize performance on OTAs and direct platforms, enhancing direct booking efforts and content optimization.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, guest preferences, and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work with operations, sales, and marketing teams to meet revenue goals, while mentoring junior staff on best practices.

Requirements

  • Academic Preferences -Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or short-stay industry
  • Proficiency in using OTA platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com, etc.) and revenue management tools
  • Proficient in using PMS and channel manager system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
