- Attend customer daily service needs in compliance with SST procedures.
- Manage service appointments registration.
- Promote service and parts sales.
- Execution of CS-related duties and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with Job Controller/Foreman on work progress status and inform any delay to customer accordingly.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct a 1-day before appointment reminder to the customer.
- To regularly update customers' parts status by using the Parts Ordering Tracking Sheet (POTS).
- Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Business/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. IT literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to speak proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
