  • Attend customer daily service needs in compliance with SST procedures.
  • Manage service appointments registration.
  • Promote service and parts sales.
  • Execution of CS-related duties and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with Job Controller/Foreman on work progress status and inform any delay to customer accordingly.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct a 1-day before appointment reminder to the customer.
  • To regularly update customers' parts status by using the Parts Ordering Tracking Sheet (POTS).
  • Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Business/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. IT literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to speak proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
