- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Tertiary education with 5+ years of sales experience.
- Preferred background in metal, chemicals, manufacturing, or raw materials industries.
- Strong network in Selangor’s manufacturing or raw materials sectors is mandatory.
- Premium product selling experience is preferred.
- Proficient in English; fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin. Hokkien is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and computer applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure with strong teamwork abilities.
- Willing to travel frequently within Malaysia for business purposes.
- Maintain and expand the customer database, identifying potential clients and nurturing relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Regularly meet with customers, follow up on orders, and ensure sustainable business growth in Malaysia.
- Drive continuous business growth and support regional team expansion.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collect and analyze marketing and customer data.
- Prepare market research, business plans, sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and analysis reports.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required to support business objectives.
