Job Description:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Prepare and manage site reports, daily logs, and documentation.
- Maintain an organized filing system for site documentation, including plans, permits, and inspection records.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the site team, contractors, and office personnel.
- Communicate updates, requests, and site requirements promptly.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of site activities.
- Perform the tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in site administration, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full- Time position(s) available.
- Willing to work at Kapar.
