The Senior Sales Consultant will drive sales growth and client engagement in the Southern Region (Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, and Johor) and Singapore, with a primary focus on Johor and Singapore. This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territories, especially to Singapore, to develop and maintain client relationships, attend business meetings, and deliver tailored solutions to meet market demands.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Territory Sales Development- Strategically penetrate and expand market presence in the Southern Region and Singapore, with a focus on Johor and Singapore.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
Client Relationship Management- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in educational institutions, corporates, and training centers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and ensure excellent service delivery.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of eLearning and hybrid solutions.
Market Insights and Strategies- Provide actionable insights into market trends and client needs to influence product offerings and sales approaches.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
Cross-Border Collaboration- Represent the company at regional events and client meetings in Singapore to foster partnerships and explore new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with cross-border sales policies and procedures.
Reporting and Feedback- Prepare detailed sales reports, client feedback, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
