Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Support e-commerce operations, including product listing, order processing, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Assist in preparing reports related to sales, inventory, and business performance.
- Contribute to social media and marketing efforts to enhance online presence.
- Participate in planning and executing promotional activities.
- Help maintain accurate records of business transactions and stock levels.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Interest in the retail and e-commerce industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and social media is a plus.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
