- Develop and execute content strategies, including various formats such as images, text, and videos, to enhance user engagement and brand exposure, particularly targeting mobile/PC games and entertainment enthusiasts.
- Monitor the interactions on social media accounts, respond promptly to user feedback and issues, especially those related to mobile/PC games and entertainment content.
- Responsible on the WhatsApp platform, establishing connections with users through direct messages, groups, and other methods, especially targeting mobile/PC games and entertainment enthusiasts.
- Promote products through channels to enhance user purchase intent and conversion rates, particularly for mobile/PC and entertainment products.
- Maintain user relationships to improve user satisfaction and loyalty, particularly within the mobile/PC gaming and entertainment user base.
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience with related industry or with marketing background.
