Responsibility
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Assist and give solution to clients regarding their business issue
- Assist in creating business training course
- Responsive to solve all customers’ inquiries, issues, feedback & complaints
- Organize the client’s schedule and appointment with the trainer
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data
- Collect monthly payment from clients
- Other related ad-hoc duties assigned
