Responsibility

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Assist and give solution to clients regarding their business issue
  • Assist in creating business training course
  • Responsive to solve all customers’ inquiries, issues, feedback & complaints
  • Organize the client’s schedule and appointment with the trainer
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data
  • Collect monthly payment from clients
  • Other related ad-hoc duties assigned
