The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead and oversee a team to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and executive effective marketing strategies. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and strategic thinking to meet organizational goals and optimize team performance.

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales & marketing and customer service to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Organize training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget.
  • Analyze financial data to assess the profitability of campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide forecasts, manage expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry.
  • Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance.
  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Team performance and productivity metrics.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Budget adherence and ROI of Marketing promo.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
