Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and update purchasing, sourcing, and warehouse strategies.
• Supplier Management: Select, evaluate, negotiate, and develop supplier relationships, ensuring cost reductions, compliance, and performance improvements.
• Procurement & Logistics: Manage RFQs, material requirements, cost-saving initiatives, and freight costs.
• Inventory & Warehouse: Oversee inventory levels, ensure production continuity, and implement safety and security measures.
• Team Leadership: Train, coach, and evaluate team members while ensuring compliance with QMS, ISO, and lean manufacturing standards.
• Process Improvement: Analyze KPIs, implement cost-saving measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, engineering, and purchasing teams across satellite and international facilities to ensure efficiency and standardization.
• Project Management: Execute purchasing-related projects assigned by the Materials Manager.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Industry Expertise: 5–10 years of experience in material planning, procurement, and sourcing within aerospace, semiconductor, or industrial sectors.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems, BOM management, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Supplier Expertise: Proven knowledge of commodities like wire, cable, connectors, and metal components.
• Cost-Saving Track Record: Demonstrated success in cost reduction and spend analysis.
• Leadership Skills: Experience managing remote teams and collaborating in high-mix, low-volume environments.
• Other Skills: Strong negotiation, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication in English and Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
