  • Utilize various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and phone screening to assess candidate suitability
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear and timely updates and feedback
  • Respond to candidate inquiries, foster transparency and build a favorable perception of the organization
  • Maintain accurate, organized and up-to-date candidate information within ATS
  • Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities
  • Work closely with hiring
  • managers to understand their staffing needs, preferences and team dynamics, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organizational efforts
  • Provide support in developing job descriptions and defining candidate requirements
  • Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization, ultimately fostering employee retention and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation
  • Support AIC program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any related fields
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions
