  • Liaison with customer on all inquiry, quotation and delivery.

  • Perform any other job as may be required by immediate superior from time to time.

  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields ( Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage.
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word /power point & etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
