- Liaison with customer on all inquiry, quotation and delivery.

- Generating all administration works and document for Sales Department.
- Attend customer call inquiry and visit.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality Team in ensuring quality product and issue improvement.
- Update new price and revision price for Delivery Area.
- Perform any other job as may be required by immediate superior from time to time.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields ( Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage.
- Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word /power point & etc).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
