Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Diploma in Construction Management or related fields may be acceptable for entry-level roles or smaller projects.
2. Professional Experience:
- Experience in Construction: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in construction or a related field, particularly in roles involving coordination, permits, or regulatory compliance.
- Project Management Experience: Some familiarity with project management principles or hands-on project coordination is helpful.
- Experience in Liaison: Previous experience working with multiple stakeholders, such as government agencies, contractors, clients, and suppliers, is a significant plus.
3. Certifications and Licenses (optional but advantageous):
- Construction Safety Training: Certifications like OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) or local safety training programs (depending on location) can be helpful.
- Project Management Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar credentials may be beneficial.
- Relevant Local Certifications: In Malaysia, for example, certifications like CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) registration or recognized safety training would be advantageous.
4. Key Skills:
