  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILL REQUIREMENT:

- Able to effectively communicate & motivate workers.

- Able to plan & implement work arrangement to achieve goals & targets.

- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Good command in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Make the Muster Call and arrange duty for workers under him;

- Prepare the Muster Chit to summarize the worker’s duty and attendance;

- Supervise workers and update the pocket check roll;

- Arrange worker and make sure all the worker going home safety;

- Review and workers duties outcome;

- To perform related duties as assigned by superior and/or management as and when required.

- To ensure the low of daily operation at the whole plantation

- Assign/Supervise day to day works to general workers & contractor workers.

- Plan and record all day to day works and monitor for completion at the end of each day.

- Allocate and arrange workers and machineries for field operation.

- Coach and train general workers and contractor workers on field operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Experience:

  • oil palm plantation: 2 years (Required)
