Job Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly and organized person to help keep our office running smoothly. You’ll assist with everyday tasks like answering phones, managing schedules, and making sure the office is in order.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help with Office Tasks: Keep the office neat and organized, making sure everything is where it should be.
  • Manage Schedules: Set up meetings, appointments, and help the team stay on track with their schedules.
  • Answer Calls & Emails: Take phone calls, respond to emails, and help visitors.
  • Organize Documents: Keep files and paperwork in order, both on the computer and in the office.
  • Support the Team: Help out with simple tasks like preparing reports, organizing projects, and other office work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • No fancy experience required, but any office or admin work is a plus.
  • Comfortable using basic software like Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
  • Good at communicating and staying organized.
  • Able to handle a few tasks at once without getting overwhelmed.
