Our client is a renowned player within the pharmeceutical with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for human resource(Japanese Speaker) to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.
Job Description
- Provide rapid, high-quality, and accurate responses to all queries related to Purchase Orders (POs).
- Take ownership of queries from case opening to closing, ensuring you're the first and final point of contact for customers.
- Serve as a consulting partner for any PO processes and system-related inquiries.
- Contribute to the enhancement of work instructions based on Quality Assurance (QA) findings and process changes.
- Develop and maintain articles, contributing to a Knowledge Repository for various countries within scope.
- Partner with PO teams at location or country level, ensuring cohesive operations.
- Meet shift requirements defined by the country you're supporting, ensuring smooth workflow transitions.
- Support transformation initiatives by providing input and feedback on new systems or technologies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager, contributing to the overall success of the procurement and PO management team.
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR Services (or similar service providing organizations)
- 1+ years' experience with SAP, WorkDay, Success Factors or other Workforce Systems
- Experience with ticketing management systems
- Work experience in virtual/remote teams is a plus
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills is an advanceProficiency in English & Japanese, spoken and written (to support the respective country)
