As the Global Head of Agritools Sales & Fulfillment, you will spearhead global growth initiatives across manufacturing, trading, and sales distribution channels. This executive role will require a deep understanding of the agritools sector and relevant expertise in managing global operations, including after-sales services, logistics, and business strategy. The individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing global sales strategies, and ensuring the efficient execution of operations in alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across multiple regions.
  • Lead and oversee regional sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals and effective performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, partners, and clients in the agritools industry.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with global customers.

Manufacturing & Operations Management:

  • Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality production in line with international standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to introduce innovative agritools and improve existing product lines.

Trading and Distribution Logistics:

  • Develop and manage global trading strategies, ensuring effective procurement, inventory management, and distribution logistics.
  • Optimize end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
  • Establish partnerships with key suppliers, vendors, and transportation networks to ensure cost-effective solutions.

After-Sales Service:

  • Establish and oversee robust after-sales service frameworks to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and improve customer service processes, handling warranty claims, and ensuring technical support for clients worldwide.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement strategic improvements to product and service offerings.

Strategic Business Growth:

  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop long-term business strategies and initiatives for expanding the company’s global footprint.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies to grow the company’s presence in emerging markets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing high-impact business projects aimed at scaling operations and enhancing profitability.

Financial and Performance Management:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets for sales, manufacturing, and trading activities, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the CFO to assess financial performance and optimize business operations for sustained profitability.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all global operations adhere to regulatory requirements, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts to maintain the highest product standards across all manufacturing and distribution processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, driving operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in global sales, manufacturing, and trading roles, preferably within the agritools or related sectors.
  • Sector Expertise: Strong understanding of agritools, agriculture technology, or related manufacturing sectors.
  • Global Sales and Distribution: Proven track record of leading global sales initiatives and managing complex logistics and supply chains.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: Hands-on experience in managing manufacturing operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring product quality.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to devise and execute strategies for market expansion, business growth, and operational improvements.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in global logistics and sales distribution tools.

Remuneration Package:

  • Competitive Base Salary: Approximately RM300,000.00 per annum, aligned with industry standards and reflective of the strategic importance of this global leadership role.
