- Handle daily inbound & outbound calls, email and live chat to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the social media platform services
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate channel
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customer are satisfied
- Provide appropriate solutions or alternatives in the most effective/efficient manner to resolve customers issues
- Minimum possess at least SPM level and above
- Fresh Graduates (Diploma or Degree) are welcome to apply
- Fluency in Traditional Mandarin (verbally and type)
- Average English communication skill is required
- Normal Working Hour (9am – 6pm)
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (rotational)
- Preferable to start working on 7th October 2024
- Able to work in Maluri, Cheras (fully on-site office)
- Average English communication skill is required
