Head, Business Development

The job scope involves leading the BD/Marketing/Customer Service Team to drive and meet targets. This includes introducing and promoting the hospital’s services, facilities, consultants, packages, and promotions to various clients such as corporate companies, associations, hotels, government entities, banks, pharmacies, universities, rehab centers, and schools. It also involves updating clients on the hospital’s latest offerings, conducting visits to clients’ premises, developing networking with clients, maintaining excellent client relationships, organizing events and activities, preparing monthly reports, exploring collaboration opportunities with clients, implementing business development activities, ensuring the delivery of approved targets and strategies, leading hospital campaigns, producing and distributing promotional materials, monitoring competitors' activities, and ensuring the achievement of all KPIs and following superior’s instructions. Additionally, the role may involve undertaking any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior or management.
