  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Prior experience or internships in HR or administration is a plus but not required.
