DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Role
- Data entry by compiling and sorting information
- Create and update records with new files and information
- Create, update & maintain project information and records in the Corporate’s systems such as iWeb, Sharepoint etc.
- Assist with the preparation of documentation for the annual ISO application and renewal
Secondary Roles
- Manage the reception as and when necessary. Handle all incoming telephone calls.
- Mail and Dispatch - Take charge of all mail and dispatch needs.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior which is related to the nature of the work scope.
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
- Must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1 year’ working experience
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Able to use basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words
- Details-oriented
We are seeking an Admin Executive for a contract position (3 months) that may be converted to a permanent role based on performance.
