Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay, with the ability to use them as working languages. Responsible for assisting the HR department in completing recruitment tasks for various departments.
  • Responsible for manage the recruitment lifecycle, including resume collection, interview scheduling, data system entry, interview follow-ups, job posting, and overall recruitment process management.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment channels to continuously attract and engage prospective candidates.
  • Assist in completing other HR-related tasks.
  • Requirements:

  • Candidates with the ability to undertake an internship exceeding 3 months are preferred.
  • Possess meticulousness, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure the quality and completeness of work.
  • Familiar with the use of office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and adaptability skills
