  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Desk-side Support Analyst - 1 Year contract

Based at Kuching, Sarawak

MYR 3,000 per month

Must have 4 years of relevant experience in an IT environment including: client hardware/software support.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • To provide support and technical assistance for incidents relating to computer and printer hardware/software
  • Ensure the smooth operations and troubleshooting any technical issues.
  • Install, maintain, and deliver all end-user devices including computers, mobile devices.
  • Develop and maintain system documentations in the areas under the Deployment and Support.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in IT field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Deskside environment
  • Based at Kuching, Sarawak
  • Able to speak English
  • 1 positions available (1 year contract)
