Job description

Major accountabilities:

  • Assist the team in converting P&O strategic objectives into operational goals.
  • Assist with the implementation of procedures and guidelines for all facets of P&O services (such as services, procedures, and continuous improvement), and offer customers and users guidance and help on issues and requests via training and consultation.
  • Assist in determining and organizing the services that P&O Services will offer.
  • Manage routine service requests, respond to inquiries, fix issues when feasible, or assist with problem solving in tight coordination with next level support and/or guidelines.
  • Carry out user administration duties, such as access control.
  • Monitor service requests and resolutions; examine error reports and inquiries.
  • Encourage regular cost and efficiency evaluations in order to meet productivity targets.
  • Aid in the control and planning of human costs.
  • Encourage the assessment of the processes, services, and ongoing scope improvement.
  • Contribute to national or business unit-level P&O Services projects.

Key performance indicators:

  • P&O Services delivered on time with the right level of quality

Minimum Requirements:

  • Higher education and equivalent work experience in finance, business administration or another similar field.
  • English language skills - both written and spoken, excellent communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of payroll data management experience.
  • Optimizing customer value by creating and co-developing compelling customer-centric solutions.
