Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for welcoming trainees and completing icebreaking sessions
  • Responsible for on-site and online trainings of company products and soft skills for new hires as required
  • Responsible for providing existing employees cross trainings as required
  • Create training plan, training materials and assessments
  • Evaluate trainees, identify weaknesses, and prepare personalized training curriculum, provide training feedback to leader on a regular basis
  • Possesses effective delivery/training techniques and methods
  • Understanding of teaching methodology, processes, learning theories and inter-personal and group dynamics to deliver training program, as well as relevant tools
  • Able to be dispatched to other cities for business trips when training needed
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior/ management

Qualification:

  • Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality or any related disciplines
  • Min 1 year trainer experience in blockchain or financial industry
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT to complete reporting and documentation efficiently and effectively
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and reliable
  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and speaking skills with internal and external teams
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and training target
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage.
