Cantonese Speaking Home-based Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a Cantonese Speaking dedicated and energetic Experienced Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and has a strong interest in sales and customer service, especially in the website and mobile industries. It requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Work Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm. Must have no other jobs.

Position Overview:

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects (Website, App, Company System, SEO & SEM Campaigns) from inception to completion. You will work closely with our development teams and clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your role will involve managing client relationships, coordinating project activities, and ensuring that our high standards of quality are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and scoping through to execution and delivery.

- Collaborate with internal teams (web & App developers, designers, SEO specialist) and external stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks are properly tracked and deadlines are met.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that all financial aspects of the project are managed effectively.

- Facilitate team meetings, ensure clear communication, and foster a collaborative working environment.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- 2~5 Years Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within the IT / marketing agency industry.

- Strong understanding of web development, app development, and digital marketing processes.

- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Zoho Projects) and methodologies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage changing priorities.

- A degree in a related field (e.g., Digital Marketing, Computer Science) is preferred but not required.

- Must able to speaker Fluent Cantonese and English
