HR GENERELIST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -Manages the entire recruitment cycle by sourcing, short listing, scheduling interview and offer employment, to fulfil the manpower needs of the company. -Arranging and conducting face-to-face interview sessions with the concerned person -Induction and on-boarding which include giving offer letter, appointment letter with brief working agreement or policies. -Filling document profile, introducing him/her to the Team, Supervisor and Manager. -Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees. -Filing the leave forms and keeping a track of the leaves taken -Willing to travel to PKFZ or outside Malaysia if required by management -Maintains familiarity with all the latest development of OAG technology and poses proactive role in suggestion idea for improvement -Demonstrate a professional attitude -Willingness to lead by example with strong attention to detail and accuracy. -Good work ethic, motivated, self-learner and able to work under pressure. -Positive working attitude with pleasant and excellent interpersonal skills -Preferable someone that have own transportation and willing to standby when required (depend of circumstances) -Any ad hock task will be inform by management from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENT -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources,Business -Administration or any field. -Preferable someone who have experience 2-5 year in HR or related jobscope. -High level of proficiency in English -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Strong communication, organizational and time management skills -A dynamic personality with a high level of qualities and desire for advancement -Self-motivation, commitment, responsibility, persistence and ability to work under pressure. T-o carry out any other duties as directed by Management -Must have knowledge in Malaysia Labour Law -Demonstrate a professional attitude -Full-Time position available.
