- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Oversee performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- Maintain HR records and compile reports for management analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Provide HR guidance to line management.
- Oversee health and safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or higher level in HR qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management roles & full spectrum of HR is added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively, fast-paced environment & independently.
- Strong leadership, good communication skill and decision-making.
- Innovation, attentive listener, effective communicator is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Language : English, Malay & Mandarin (read & write). Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers & using of systems.
- Managerial level / Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive level will be considered.
- 5 days work.
