  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Oversee performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
  • Maintain HR records and compile reports for management analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
  • Provide HR guidance to line management.
  • Oversee health and safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or higher level in HR qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management roles & full spectrum of HR is added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively, fast-paced environment & independently.
  • Strong leadership, good communication skill and decision-making.
  • Innovation, attentive listener, effective communicator is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Language : English, Malay & Mandarin (read & write). Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers & using of systems.
  • Managerial level / Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive level will be considered.
