HR Operations Asst. Manager Responsibilities

  • Align HR policies and procedures with the organization’s vision and mission.

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Preferred candidate with Retail, F&B or fast pace industry experience
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
