Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to manage online tasks for our properties, with a focus on OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.) and other online operations. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, well-focused, sociable, eloquent, and passionate about their work, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update property listings on various OTA platforms.
- Handle daily online operations, reservations, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor and optimize property performance on booking platforms.
- Ensure accurate data entry in Hotel PMS and OTA systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless property management.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Tourism or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and Hotel PMS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Eager to learn, adequate, well-focused, sociable, eloquent, flexible, and passionate about work.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided as needed.
- Only for Malaysian.
