Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in managing employee and industrial relations.
  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and attending interviews.
  • Support the execution and organization of the learning and development program.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Handle data entry for overtime and allowances.
  • Perform various HR administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives.
  • Provide customer service to employees.
  • Act as a business partner to the business unit.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Applications.
  • Willing to work in Subang Jaya.
  • Internship period: 3 month(s) & above
