Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customer to understand their needs & requirement and arrange appointment.
- Present and demonstrate our software to potential and existing customer, highlighting the key features & benefits which will solve their problem.
- Promote and sell our software to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on product pricing, features, and functionality.
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records of lead status and call log.
- Generate monthly sales reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration, Accounting or related field.
- Aggressive, sales minded and good communication skill are required.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin is added advantages as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
