Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative function to support Superior.
  • Handling duties such as preparing payment voucher, data entry, sorting invoices, filing, scanning, photocopy and etc.
  • Maintaining proper documents and filing control.
  • Assist Superior in monitoring payment, cheque collection, bank-in and etc.
  • Perform any other duties that maybe assigned by Superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

Job Requirements

  • SPM or Certificate in any related field.
  • Good personality and communication skills.
  • Fresh school leavers will also be considered.
  • Computer literate, good in Ms Excel and Ms Word.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
