Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Consultant at Asgard. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, consulting, interviewing, and communication. The role is primarily based in WP Kuala Lumpur.
Qualifications
Experience in graduate recruitment and consulting OR if you are street smart!
Proficiency in conducting interviews and effective communication OR if you just like talking with strangers
Demonstrated skills in recruiting and talent acquisition OR if you just like seeing people getting employed
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities OR if you just like meeting people
Knowledge of market intelligence and industry trends OR if you just like reading and talking to industry experts
Beginner mindset and understand that we are a startup!
Excellent organizational and time management skills OR you can turn up on time and not be a pain
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, OR you want to change your own life and others and have high EQ (prefer street degree than a paper one)
