We’re looking for a talented Technical Support to ensure the smooth functioning of airport systems and support our IT infrastructure.

Why You’ll Love This Role

As the First Level Technical Support, you’ll be at the forefront of technical support in a fast-paced airport environment. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Play a pivotal role in resolving technical issues related to A-CDM ramp display systems, making sure our operations run smoothly
  • Gain hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), SQL databases, server, and network-related concerns
  • Tackle challenges head-on and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant teams when necessary
  • Keep our systems running smoothly by monitoring and managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks for SQL databases, including backups, updates, and optimization
  • Ensure our server configurations are always at their best and troubleshoot any network-related issues that may arise
  • Work hand-in-hand with IT teams and vendors to solve technical challenges and implement innovative solutions
  • Provide valuable insights to assist higher-level support in resolving escalated issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation of common issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Contribute to the knowledge base, helping future team members and enhancing the efficiency of our support processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with airport operations, air traffic management, and A-CDM principles is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), SQL databases, server configurations, and network protocols
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Driven to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work on 24/7 rotational shifts and weekends
