Warehouse Assistant Manager (Level 1)

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure Quality Management System (QMS) for Semiconductor Division is documented, implemented, maintained and continually improved
• To maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating and coordinating programs in accordance to the company policies and procedures.
• To control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data system
• To maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• To prepare budget for warehouse expenses.
• To complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning headcounts to support production.
• To maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• To maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, planning and monitoring.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognized institutions.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory control and logistics.
• A self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Good planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
• Able to work with tight timelines.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of SAP are an added advantage.
