IT Project Manager

Skills expected : Project management experience – As part of Shared service organization expected to manage complex projects across different LOBs Good stakeholder management skills – Ability to manage Senior stakeholder expectations both from IT and Business teams E2E Accountability on Project management - Need to manage the project starting from planning, estimation, execution, risks management independently Dependency management - Manage risks/dependencies /conflicts and drive team towards common goals to deliver the project without delays People management - Should have experience in managing remote teams and team members from different Partners /vendors Good command on communication Minimum Technical exposure is required to understand the challenges/issues during execution, engage right stakeholders for quick resolution
