Job Description:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR & Admin, including payroll, compensation, career development, performance management, training, personnel affairs policies, administration, etc
  • Manage monthly payroll, HR daily operations, and mandatory government statutory submissions
  • Conduct employee counseling, handle grievances and manage disciplinary matters
  • Manage employee movements (promotions, transfers, terminations, hiring, etc)
  • Assist to conduct staff welfare activities such as festive celebrations, annual dinners etc
  • Maintain and update of employee personal information file, attendance, punctuality, absence, annual leaves, medical certificate, medical claims, etc
  • Ensure all relevant daily HR operation are in compliance with company rules & regulations as well as government requirements.
  • Any ad hoc tasks from management

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimun 2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin field
  • Well versed of the Employee Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
