We are currently looking for a HRBP in stand alone position for our office in KL. You will work as part of the wider UK HR team.

Duties to include:

  • Support of the full employee lifecycle
  • Managing recruitment in conjunction with the UK talent team from advertising, to interviewing alongside managers, managing offers, administration and onboarding/ induction
  • Managing all employee relations with managers including disciplinaries, performance management, grievance etc
  • Supporting managers in developmental needs of colleagues
  • Promoting and supporting ESG initiatives
  • Supporting and promoting employee benefits
  • Keeping up to date with Malaysian employment law and ensuring all processes and policies are reflective of changes
  • Ensuring training is carried out by colleagues to ensure necessary compliance
  • Delivery of ad hoc HR related projects as required by the business
  • Support all HR administration alongside the UK HR coordinator
  • Supporting rollout of engagement activities including the annual engagement survey

To join us as a HRBP, you will need:

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR, with a solid understanding and application of the Malaysian Employment Act
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written & oral)
  • Able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder groups, with a strong client focus and a passion for delivering added value.
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful.
  • Strong organisation skills and takes accountability for results.
  • A self-starter, with an eagerness to continue picking up new skills and knowledge in their career.
