We are currently looking for a HRBP in stand alone position for our office in KL. You will work as part of the wider UK HR team.
Duties to include:
- Support of the full employee lifecycle
- Managing recruitment in conjunction with the UK talent team from advertising, to interviewing alongside managers, managing offers, administration and onboarding/ induction
- Managing all employee relations with managers including disciplinaries, performance management, grievance etc
- Supporting managers in developmental needs of colleagues
- Promoting and supporting ESG initiatives
- Supporting and promoting employee benefits
- Keeping up to date with Malaysian employment law and ensuring all processes and policies are reflective of changes
- Ensuring training is carried out by colleagues to ensure necessary compliance
- Delivery of ad hoc HR related projects as required by the business
- Support all HR administration alongside the UK HR coordinator
- Supporting rollout of engagement activities including the annual engagement survey
To join us as a HRBP, you will need:
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR, with a solid understanding and application of the Malaysian Employment Act
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written & oral)
- Able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder groups, with a strong client focus and a passion for delivering added value.
- Tech-savvy and resourceful.
- Strong organisation skills and takes accountability for results.
- A self-starter, with an eagerness to continue picking up new skills and knowledge in their career.
