Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, including dining room operations, and kitchen coordination.
  • Staff Supervision:

Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff. Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor employee performance to ensure high service standards.

  • Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer service is provided consistently. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. Track expenses, manage payroll, and report on financial performance regularly.Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that stock is sufficient and fresh. Implement cost-control measures to reduce waste.Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers.Collaborate with the marketing team or execute promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
