Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
Take a lead role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing product displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Play an integral part in achieving outlet sales targets, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service quality.
Assist in all aspects of store operations, particularly in product display, merchandising, stock management, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
Conduct basic vision screenings and recommend suitable eyewear solutions based on customer needs and preferences (training will be provided).
Stay updated on the latest eyewear products and trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations and advice to customers.
Manage the cash register, handle payments, and prepare sales invoices accurately.
Assist in inventory control, including stock checks and participating in regular stock-taking exercises.
Support the outlet in organizing promotional activities and sales events when required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the store.

Young, vibrant and outgoing candidates
Minimum SPM is required, with Certificate or Diploma in Optical Dispensing will be added advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin speaker will be preferred.
No working experience needed as training will be provided.
Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the optical field.
Detail-oriented with a passion for customer service excellence.
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required.
Basic computer literacy for handling sales systems and customer information (training will be provided).
