  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate Internal audit for QMS/ EMS/OSHAS integrity system and BRC product quality and safety standard
  • Coordinate External audits for QMS/EMS/OSHAS integrity system and BRC standard, 3rd part of technical and social compliance audit
  • Follow up all the corrective and preventive action with HOD to close the non-conformity of Internal/ External audit
  • Responsible to maintain the documentation to satisfy to the standard requirements.
  • Arrange the gap analysis of new standard system with consultant and ensure the corrective plan from departments
  • Assist QMR to establish the quality objective with every department.
  • Compile the data from each related department and write the management review report
  • To assist Senior Quality manager on other systems such as product certification, Zero waste land fill, environmental, Social responsibility system introduced by GP Group.
  • Ensure that the requirement of the ISO standard, including quality and environmental systems, are established, implemented and maintained
  • Report to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement
  • Conduct review on the company quality system annually to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness.
  • Liaise with the approval bodies on matters related to quality system and advise management on changes and policies affecting the system.
  • Coordinate both the internal and external audit, be present during the external audit, acknowledge and follow-up on all non-compliance / discrepancies raised.
  • Review, initiate corrective action and implement changes to meet the requirement of the approval bodies.
  • Represent company on quality matters during audit.
  • Promote of awareness of customer requirements throughout the Company continuously

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma / Degree from an institution accredited by the government

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • A certified Internal Quality Auditor for ISO9001, ISO14001 or etc
  • Quality tools know how
  • Excellent skills on developing, monitoring and implementing the ISO procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
