  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Objectives of this role.

  • Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
  • Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.

Your tasks

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Track Metrics and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
  • Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

Required skills and qualifications.

Primary skill set

  • Scrum Master Certification + 5 years direct experience as Scrum Master.
  • 2+ Years of Scrum Master Team Coaching Experience.
  • 3+ Years' Experience participating on a Scrum Master team.
  • Knowledge of and Experience with coaching teams utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) – certification a bonus.
  • Academic Qualification: Information Systems or related Degree.
  • Experienced to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of and Experience in General Agile Implementation: User Stories and Requirements Gathering, Estimation of User Stories, Prioritization, Product Owners, Agile Metrics, Team Kick-Off

Nice to have skill set:

  • Knowledge of and Experience utilizing Agile within a project.
  • Knowledge of how to plan and estimate an Agile project.
  • Knowledge of Agile Project Controls.
  • Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for Agile Work Planning.
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile Technical.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Soft skill set:

  • Safety Oriented Mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
