Job Description: -Lead and develop the workshop and warehouse teams to consistently meet or exceed KPIs. -Plan and structure work schedules for mechanics and purchasing staff to optimize productivity. -Provide guidance on quality standards, ensuring teams meet performance targets and deliver high-quality work. -Oversee the preparation of equipment for delivery and collection, ensuring timely and accurate execution. -Manage the housekeeping and overall organization of the warehouse, ensuring a clean and well-structured environment. -Foster a safe and healthy workplace, upholding high cleanliness and safety standards. -Monitor the condition of workshop tools, equipment, and facilities, ensuring regular maintenance and servicing. -Address technical issues and escalations proactively, ensuring swift resolution. -Prepare monthly reports to track workshop performance and identify areas for improvement. -Support and implement long-term strategies to optimize workshop and warehouse operations. -Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to contribute to overall operational success. Requirement: -A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business, or a related field. -At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within heavy equipment, heavy machinery, or a similar industry. -Proven experience in leading structured workshop environments. -Solid technical expertise combined with excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities. -Ability to handle complaints and resolve complex situations effectively. -A team player with a flexible, collaborative approach to leadership
