RESPONSIBILITIES: • To review the customer inquiry and understand the specification • To plan and execute the sales strategies assign by Supervisor • Liaise with customers on sales and technical inquiries. • Collaborate effectively with the team while working independently when needed. • Conduct sales presentations and provide product offerings to potential customers. • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure meeting a customer requirement • Responsible to carry out sales activity (cold call, make appointment & product demo & close sales) • Prepare Sales forecast, Sales Pipeline, Monthly Sales Plan Report, Quarterly Performance Review Report • Regularly visit and maintain good relationships with existing customers in your assigned sales territory. • Participate in sales and marketing activities to generate more leads. • To communicate with principal for commercial and technical aspect • To achieve sales activity & sales target • To discuss with the Sales Leader on the proposal strategy • To response to any Technical Clarification related to the proposal • Prepare quotations, tender submissions and respond to customers clarification. • To attend site survey and clarification meeting if necessary • To prepare Project Handover process to Project & Engineering Group after award • Responsible for own account receivables and ensuring timely payments by customer • Complete additional tasks assigned by management. • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure repeat sales and referrals. • Maintain a results-oriented approach in achieving business goals
